**CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY DATES**

26th-28th December Skeleton staff to deal with emergencies
29th-31st December Working as usual

New Year's Day Holiday
2nd-3rd January Skeleton staff to deal with emergencies
4th January Back to normal


There will be NO support available on Saturday, December 25th, and Saturday, January 1st in celebration of Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

There will be very limited staff available to respond to support center tickets and we ask that you allow extra time for us to assist with your questions.

However, if your request is urgent, please stress this in the subject line of your message.

We do have emergency staff on-call twenty-four hours a day throughout the whole of the holiday period to monitor the servers and back-end technologies just in case of emergencies.

Your patience over this festive period is much appreciated.
