I like the look (design & layout) sales page. Forget about its content

Can I make one like this in XSP? Where are the tutorials? Or can someone teach or make one for me at a price?

Yes, you can build a sales page like the example in XSite Pro (and even include the annoying auto-play audio). It's all pretty straightforward.

The tutorials are in XSP Help.

Or do you know someone who is an expat at designing XSP templates? I want to show him the websites I like and he or she will create templates that I can load into XSP for future use.

There is noting specific in the tutorials about building a landing page like your example.

For templates, ablwebs and Jason are XSite Pro template masters.

There are others here adept at building XSite Pro templates. I mainly create "one-of" custom websites and haven't spent much time creating templates.
Lately, I've been doing more WordPress work than XSite Pro, so my XSP skills are a bit rusty.

kenmac is another board member who does templates. Brett2000 does templates, too, but he seems to be on an extended sabbatical...

CopyWolf is right, there are no specific tutorials that come with XSitePro for creating landing pages or sales pages, but these kinds of sites are exactly what XSitePro was originally created for! There are some simple Sales Page templates that come with XSitePro, but anything is possible.
