My computer died a few months ago, so had to get a new one. Managed to get XSite Pro installed without an issue, but the resources pack just will not install.

I tried several times.

I also created a help ticket, but as usual, my ticket disappeared into oblivion. I get sooooo frustrated when there's an issue because I can never get support from the XSP team.

Can anyone advice what to do in this instance? I am still using XSP, but assume I'm missing some vital elements.

Thanks for any help.

Cheryl

(p.s. I haven't been here for a while, but have posted heaps in the past. The board wouldn't recognise me. But... when registering wouldn't let me use my original details as they were taken, but wouldn't let me log in with those same details. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!)

Hi, Cheryl,

I'm not sure what you mean about your ticket disappearing into oblivion. XSitePro support will only close a ticket when they believe it has been resolved. You might want to try updating your original ticket with new information or submitting a new ticket: http://xsitepro.helpserve.com/. Create an account in the ticket system so you can keep track of your tickets.

Hi Andrea,

I created a ticket, but it's no longer in their system.

This isn't the first time it's happened. And yes, I do have an account.

It's all very strange.

Such a shame the question wasn't answered....I'm having the same problem - load the program fine - resources pack keeps aborting....have contacted support who have answered with the idea that I don't have enough space on the computer...I do have more than enough space. Have been trying to find instructions for the installing the pack....
do you load it and run it before entering the license? or
do you load/run it after?
Do you have a link for instructions?[/list]

Unfortunately due to time zones - each ticket takes roughly 24 hours to get replied to...but at least they are followed up.
