I made minor text changes on two pages of my website. After publishing, one change was made and the other was not. I have tried multiple times to get the other change to publish but it won't. Page is marked for publishing and for site map and I have a home page. I've also reloaded the browser page but change is not there. FTP connection tests good. When I publish, I get connection, script rolls by, and bell dings, but status says 0 of 0 pages uploaded/updated. There are no errors listed. I'm doing this from Windows 7 in Parallels on an iMac. I've made numerous other updates to my website using Windows 7 in Parallels with no difficulty.

Any ideas?

Larry

Hi Larry,

can you show me the page and tell me specifically what it should say vs what it does say and I will check in my browsers to see if it is just a browser cache/history issue on your end.

Jason

Jason,

http://www.rideforheroes.org, Prize Drawing page. I'm trying to change the April 18th date in the second paragraph to April 14th. I've checked it in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and on my iPhone. All still show April 18th.

Thanks,

Larry

Jason,

I just did a restart on my computer and then did the change again and this time the publishing status showed 1 page uploaded and the change I made was published.

Arrgh! Guess I forgot one of the prime troubleshooting rules. Reboot.

Thanks,

Larry
