Hi, for some reason when I add my page footer it goes to the left hand side just underneath my left panel rather than across the bottom of the page. I've made it central but I'm not sure what else to do!

I have seen this before and if I remember it is caused by an open table tag.

If you want to export the site and email me the xse file I can take a look.

In XSitePro, go to the Project Window and right click on your website and choose EXPORT.

Save the file to your desktop and email it to me.
