I hired someone that does not have X-Sitepro to create a calculator to install on my website. I attempted to take the script they wrote and install it on the webpage within XsitePro using the script tool in Xsitepro, but it does not work properly. To do what I wanted to do my contractor had to create several files and install them on the website also. I can't figure out how to import this files into my website file in Xsitepro. I fear if update the website again using Xsitepro will it wipe out all that work.

Does anyone have a solution? If anyone can help me bring the custom files and pages into XSitePo I would be willing to pay for your work.

Thanks,

Ben

Your developer should be able to tell you where the pieces of code should go, e.g., in the HEAD section, after the opening BODY tag, etc. If you can get those instructions, we can help you from there.

Thanks for your reply, but it is more complcated than that. She installed files in addition to the code for the calculator as well as some custom pages.

Thanks,

Ben

Nevertheless, to help you we need to know exactly what's involved. The custom page(s) may be able to be recreated in XSP. The files (are they scripts?) may be able to be added to XSP's script directory. Etc.
