We have been paying around $1 per catalog when we print them out ourselves in the office. Usually 2 pieces of paper folded in half printed on both sides to make an 8 page brochure. Or we can pay a lot more at the local copy place.

And they did it for 40 cents per catalog, including shipping across the country.
