I know this isn't the place to discuss Market Samurai software, but I can't seem to find a link anywhere to get a refund.

Are there any Market Samurai users out there that can help me find the yellow brick road?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. :)

But are you sure you want to? I love that software.

Thanks Jason,

Yes, I saw that page, but still not seeing any official area to request a refund. That is besides a support ticket for which they are to busy right now to respond.

I loved the software too, before they changed almost all the results to Bing results instead of being pulled from Google. I'm pretty sure Bing's results won't be very much help for trying to make it in Google's search pages.

Update...

Just found this text in the refund policy page:

E-mail your refund requests to admin[at]marketsamuraireport.com.
Please include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your
e-mail.

Didn't see that before.

Let's see how it works.

JK

Hi John
I put a support ticket in and got a refund straight away although they do ask for your paypal email so have it ready. I agree with Jason that it is a superb peace of software but that was before they stopped using Google. I did voice my opinion on why should we pay a monthly fee for something that we had already paid to have included in the program but had no reply on that one.

Update...

Just got my refund last night. It took awhile, but the "Noble Samurai" peeps are honorable.

If Market Samurai is ever able to pull data from Google again, I will re purchase.

I hear they fixed the google data pull. For me the biggest or should I say most useful feature was competitoon backlink finder powerd by yahoo site explorer. But I think yahoo site explorer was shut down and I am way too far in a game to get a refund. :) I still use it to same time on logging in to adwords keyword research account and doing it manually.

That is what bothers me. Some of the data pull is Bing and some is Google. We are all competing in Google, not Bing.

Oh well. If my current project works out, I won't need any of it! I won't even have to care about competing with ANYONE. :)

I won't have to worry about getting penalized from google either. It just won't matter.

If my project works out, maybe I'll create and sell my system. But it won't be cheap.
