XSitePro Website Design Software Message Board

I've noticed browsing the forum that viewing and modifying the code is discussed quite often, even though XP is a WYSIWYG program.

I'm quite a beginner and Xsitepro has allowed me to build a website for my business. I can see me getting bit more into this as I find it quite empowering having the independance to create, and edit as I please, my own site.

If I take the time to study HTML will it make a difference in any way to building sites in general, whether it's troubleshooting, fine tuning, positioning text and images, etc.

If you are going to build websites you should learn HTML and CSS.
While it's true that you can build a website with the WYSIWYG editor and various design wizards in XSitePro, you
are only scratching the surface of what can be done. Much of the power of XSitePro comes from the ability to add
and modify the HTML code and add scripts with CSS and JavaScript.
