That site is not that great, actually left aligned like that is 'out of place' in Web 2.0. I could do it, as could other designers up here, but I'm not working through eLance or any of those sites, sorry... those sites are notorious for off-shore developers (such as India, Russia) that code for pennies, secondly - because they usually code open source, I don't know how much luck you'll having finding someone up there to do the work for you.
