Hi Katie,

1- Pick a spot way down on your page and put in a heading, for this example let's use Dogs as our heading.

2 - Put your cursor right after the s in dogs and click the anchor icon.

3 - Give the anchor a name, lets call it Dogs.

4 - Go to the top of the page and type in Dogs and then select it with the mouse and right click and insert link, then other, then type in #Dogs.

Now when you preview and click on the Dogs link on the top of the page it should take you down to the Dogs heading further down the page.

Remember no spaces in the anchor name, use - or _ to space your words

Doesn't seem to be working. I am doing it in a textbox. Does that matter. When I click "other", it brings up attributes, class, style. Is this where I put whatever my anchor text was?

Thanks Jason.
It's working now. I think I neglected to put the #.
Would this work the same way if I wanted to do an anchor to "return to top?"

Yes but an easier way to return to top is to create a link at the bottom of the page and link it to the page that you are on 8)
