Can I do anything similar to this with Xsitepro, please?
(I mean the Image galleries)

That layout would be relatively easy to do with XSite Pro.

Leave out the "Header" panel and just have an "Info Bar" panel, a "Main" panel and a footer.

The menu goes in the Info Bar panel, the video, flash, or whatever goes in the "Main" panel and the footer content goes in the footer.

The website in your example reminded me of one of the reasons why I dislike flash websites. If I were a causal visitor, I would have given up and moved on once I saw how slow the site was loading.

There are numerous carousel gallery viewers and sliders available that can do this.
Here is one from DynamicDrive.com that looks like it would fit the bill.

You would need to makes some styling mods to XSite Pro to get the full page width effect.
