Can I Create a Search Among Products On My Website? Yes you can, and it's a great way to help people search your catalog of products. To achieve this effect, you'd simply need to: Step 1: Add your products as separate web pages (we'd recommend you use the Quickpages Product page template to do this - so they all look great, and consistent), then; Step 2: In your preferred page location (or even within your page layout design) create a Site Search Form. Step 3: When creating the Site Search Form be sure to select only the product pages for inclusion within the search results. That's it! When someone enters a search term, into the search box on your site pages, the search tool will search your product pages and return a list of those products that meet the term searched for.
Does XSitePro Support Form-Creation? Yes it does - you can actually create two different types of forms with XSitePro: 1. Name-grab (or 'opt-in') forms, using the Forms Wizard. This tool steps you through the process of creating forms that not only look great, they'll submit right into your inbox, or even your chosen third-party list management application (like AWeber, or GetResponse). 2. Custom forms. XSitePro of course can handle any kind of custom form you could wish to enter at an HTML code level. If you have some form code you'd like to enter into your web page, that's no problem at all. XSitePro gives you the full flexibility to insert what you want into the page source code. Can I Upload PDF Files Using XSitePro? Yes - adding PDF files to your web pages is an easy process, with XSitePro. To add a PDF into your web page, say, for downloading by a visitor, simply following the six steps below: STEP 1: Head over to the "Other" tab inside XSitePro, then select the "Resource Manager" button. STEP 2: Click the "Add" button, and browse to your chosen PDF and select it. STEP 3: When prompted, choose the folder you want to add the PDF file to STEP 4: Now, with your file added to the web site, head to the part of your page (or layout) design you'd like to feature a download link, and right click on the selected text/image that you want to become your download link STEP 5: From the right-click menu that appears, choose the "Insert Link" >> "Other Files" menu options, then select the folder into which you saved your PDF - you'll see the PDF listed in that menu. STEP 6: Selecting the PDF file from the menu will set the selected text/image as a link to that PDF file. When you next publish your web site, visitors will then be able to access the PDF file

Yes, XSitePro will work with Google Analytics, Google's Web site Optimizer and a whole host of other free (and commercial) tools and utilities that will help you get the most out of your web sites. Inserting the code into your web pages is easy (via the Advanced settings >> Scripts screens) and / or using the global scripts tools off the Other tab. The reason adding scripts (of any kind) into XSitePro is so easy is that XSitePro really is a fully-featured design application - not a restricted functionality, or web-based utility. XSitePro has all the power you could need to create professional quality sites and, as your
experience and knowledge using the software grows, the sky really is the limit. What Sort of Scripting Can Be Used with XSitePro? Any kind of scripting at all. The easiest way to explain it is this: If it's possible to insert a script into an HTML page (at all) then it's possible to feature that same script in your XSitePro site. It's as open and flexible as that! So, if you're a big fan of sites like DynamicDrive, or Hotscripts then you'll be pleased to hear that
their scripts will work just fine on your XSitePro sites - and you'll be able to use these (and hundreds of
thousands of other scripts besides) to make your sites as feature-rich as you want. Will I Be Able to Add and Customize Adsense By Google? Yes, and this is another feature that XSitePro has that so many applications don't! Google Adsense is a really great way to quickly monetize your web page content and results is contextually relevant adverts being displayed to people who visit your web pages. Contextually relevant? This means that if your page content is about baseball (i.e. the text content and image names, etc.) then the adverts that appear will automatically be geared to baseball too. Great isn't it! This way, there's a higher likelihood of visitors clicking on those ads and earning you payments, from Google, as the site owner. In XSitePro not only can you insert your Google Adsense advertising throughout your site, you can do all of this without having to keep going back to Google's settings site, over and over... and you can fully customize the advertising, right from within XSitePro itself! Simple, right? I Want to Sell an Ebook - Does Your Software Feature Quality Download Buttons? Yes - you can quickly insert download buttons and link those buttons to any file (including a PDF EBook, for example) if you want. Inserting download buttons is easy using the in-built Image Library tool, in XSitePro. To load this tool you just need to right-click in the designer window (the WYSIWYG designer with which you can edit your pages/layouts) and from the menu that appears, select "Insert Image". The image library will load and you can select from thousands of great quality images for insertion into your web page design. And amongst the many thousands of images you will of course find hundreds of buttons, in their own folder, nice and neatly organized, and ready for your to browse.
